Explore our 173 acres of wild spaces, including ancient woodland, rewilded meadows, edible hedges, a lake suitable for wild swimming & an abundance of wildlife. It's the perfect place to reconnect with nature.

The Lifeboat

This unique glamping unit has been crafted here at Rosevidney Farm over the past 18months. She is a former oil industry escape craft and when she came her in 2019 was still fully functioning with engine, seatbelts, emergency supplies etc. Now she sits in our Glamping meadow alongside our Safari Tents and Russian Truck. The lifeboat will sleep four in comfort with a King-size Bed and twin singles. There is an ensuite shower and loo, central heating as well as a handcrafted wood burning stove

Unusual night on a heated boat!

Come and spend a night or more at Calais Harbour, aboard the Kraken. Ideal for a change of scenery and unusual night for 2. You will enjoy the quiet of the pool which is conveniently located between the beach and restaurants. Your reservation will allow you to access all the services of the port: sanitary (clean and maintained) washing machine and dryer. The boat is equipped with heating.For the arrival please send me a message in order to agree on the time as I work the week.

Dutch barge captain's accommodation.

Xavier is a 1932 Dutch Luxemotor Barge. The accommodation is in the original captain's quarters to the rear of the boat. Guests also have the exclusive use of the wheelhouse in this fully working vessel. It is moored alongside the quay in the village of Gweek, a working boatyard with traditional boat builders and a variety of marine businesses. Gweek is a lovely village at the head of the Helford Estuary and has a pub and an excellent shop opposite the village green.
