We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was lovely, beautifully clean, spacious and everything we could have needed. The local area is outstanding. We loved the amazing views and will definitely be back.

From the start of the process Suzanne was extremely communicative and helpful. Her place is absolutely gorgeous in our opinion - exuding peace and restfulness and calm whilst being right in the centre of town with all you could want within easy walking distance. Suzanne checked with us that we were in OK, that we had found everything we needed, that we were enjoying ourselves and gave us lots and lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat and drink. We were on a very short break but would happily have stayed much loner if we were able and would love to go back one day - an absolute haven of happiness for us - thank you so much Suzanne! Loved the content of your bookshelves too.

I had a lovely short break together with my 12 year old son at Guido’s property. The property is very spacious, bright, quiet, well equipped and safe. We both slept really well and were very comfortable. The property is ideally situated for lots of activities such as walks on the beach, tennis courts, parks, Natural History Museum, the historic dockyard etc. It is very close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is a three minute walk away, with a very regular service providing cheap easy access to Portsmouth and the other areas of Southsea. All my dealings with Guido were 5* and he was very friendly, patient and helpful. This is the perfect spot and home to explore Southsea with children or just to enjoy a beach trip. We enjoyed a very happy few days here. Thank you Guido for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coach House. Stunning location and wonderful accommodation - beautiful decor and really well equipped kitchen. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful and gave us great advice regarding local walks and places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces too, kids had so much fun playing outside and looking at the ponies. We’d highly recommend and would love to return one day!

While visiting Fécamp for the GR21, we were greeted with a smile despite about ten minutes late to the expected arrival time. We were able to spend a relaxing evening in this charming atypical accommodation that has everything you need as advertised. We'll be happy to go back!

Stay at the top beautiful loft with a splendid view of a cleanliness Impeccable, a pleasant and responsive host I highly recommend it, I will go back with your eyes closed

It was a really nice and well-located apartment. Would recommend but just up until 6 people, we were with 8 and it was a bit too small for us. And the one other downside is that you cannot store your luggage anymore after check-out in the apartment and have to make arrangements to store them someplace else.

Incredible stay. We spent the night here to be close to a friend’s wedding we were attending. Ros and Neil were extremely accommodating. They let us check in early so we could get ready and leave our things before heading off for the wedding. They had left homemade flapjacks for us which were delicious! Neil was super helpful answering any questions I had in advance about the location etc. Ros met us when we got there and was so kind, letting us know just to let them know if we needed anything. Instructions to get there were really clear. The place itself was so cosy and peaceful, we felt right at home! Thank you so much! ☺️

This place is in a great location, very well equipped, nicely appointed and functional. We spent 4 days with 9 adults, very comfortably. There is a beach thirty seconds walk away, shops nearby, and St Malo Intramuros is within walking distance. The only complaint we could make is the flooring on the floor that squeaks enormously just above a bedroom and complicates delayed sleeping hours. Everything else was perfect. Frédéric was very friendly and available, and gave us valuable recommendations. Self check-in is ideal, highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation, in a charming and relaxing setting. All amenities are quality. I had a very pleasant week there.

Alain and Isabelle’s place was beautiful. You could tell a lot of care has gone into every creating detail, and I loved how the more you looked around the more you saw - Especially the lamps! The location was wonderful, and we enjoyed the sauna and having breakfast in the garden with the chickens and cat! Alain was really helpful explaining everything and giving us recommendations. Thank you both for having us!

Great value, just down the road from lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and beaches. Would stay again!

lovely to meet Dot. we had a nice chat, with good coffee. the room is nice and clean with a comfortable double bed. lots is light from the two roof windows. the shower had good pressure and heated up fast. Just mind your head, being in the loft the celling dose restrict movement. great place to stay with a lovely host.

Brigitte was available and very discreet during our stay. Very quiet room.

I stayed with Michèle, she is an incredible lady with a beautiful heart of welcome, she knows how to make you feel as a family, always smiling, it is a pleasure to find a time to establish a discussion, I see advice coming to her home for a quick stay in Abbeville.
