The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The newly renovated, cozy and bright accommodation of about 90 square meters is located in the Caldura district 1 km from the urban center of Cefalù. It is a few minutes away from the public beach of the kalura. Surrounded by greenery and in a panoramic position, it offers an amazing view of the fortress, the port and the sea. It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of two large bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom, bathroom, laundry room and kitchen. All air-conditioned rooms. Free parking inside the property.

From season 2026 the pool is not availble.

L'alloggio, situato nella zona collinare di Cefalù con vista mozzafiato sul borgo e la sua baia, è un posto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde. Dispone di un'ampia terrazza coperta da cui ammirare lo splendido panorama, sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. Comprende un'ampia camera da letto, un rilassante salotto con vista su Cefalù ed accesso diretto alla terrazza, un bagno con comodo box doccia ed una cucina abitabile con caratteristico caminetto a legna. NICA, nel nostro dialetto significa "piccola" e allo stesso tempo "carina, simpatica" si trova a pochi metri dalla piazza principale, conserva l'anima di come vivevano un tempo, con le donne sedute nei cortili a ricamare e preparare i pomodori da essiccare al sole.
