It is located 600 meters from the town. It is part of an old renovated country house where the owners live. The villa is located not far from the Valley of the Temples (30 km), the sea at Licata (38 km), the Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina (70 km), and the beautiful cliffs of Scala dei Turchi.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.
