Lovely house in a lovely place - off the beaten track and all the better for it. Thank you Paola for a much needed relaxing week and for being so helpful and responsive.

We stayed for 10 days incl. Easter guests in this great apartment. Everything is exactly as described including this insanely great view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the huge terrace and had a great time. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great, clean apartment in a quiet but beautiful area right on te beach. Kids loved the swimming pool, which is very well maintained.

We had a great time at Silvia's and were very excited about the private rock beach. Photos don't convey how beautiful it really is on site. In the accommodation we had everything we needed and it was very clean. Silvia was a super great host and we would recommend it to anyone!

Thomas was a very warm and attentive host. We were greeted with a small welcome gift, which made the start of our stay particularly pleasant. His recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area were excellent. Thomas was always available at short notice for questions and very helpful. The house itself is modern and extensively equipped, plus the beautiful sea view. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding villages and beaches. The house has a small, very well-kept garden with fresh herbs and vegetables. Overall a fantastic stay, we can well imagine coming back in the future.

We loved our stay here. Fabio was the best host. I had so many questions that he graciously and promptly helped me with. He went above and beyond with recommendations for the local area. The house was perfect. The outside kitchen/dining area was our favorite. The community pool was gorgeous and just steps away. The home is located in a quiet gated neighborhood and provided plenty of privacy. We’d love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabio’s. A quaint home with a lovely veranda to relax on amongst the olive trees. Fabio was excellent to communicate with - meeting us at the house to settle us in.

Our Stay was a 10/10. Antonio and Carmellio were amazing hosts. No matter at what time they were here to help. We really felt at home. The house was perfect for a chilled holiday for a group of friends. The kitchen is a dream for cooking for a big group, well equipped and a lot of fridges and freezer. The Conservatory is so beautiful and with a lot of love on the detail like everything in the house. The pool is amazing and really big aswell as the beautiful surrounding area. You should bring some slippers to walk on the grass around the pool because are many small wild plants to step on. The Dogs on the property were the most cutest and well mannerd dogs, we loved to have Lilly around us and she made our holiday even better. Even though we weren’t the only ones on the big property we had all the privacy we needed and nothing to worry about. Thank you for the nice holiday:)

We had the best time at Luca’s place. It was so peaceful and the view was gorgeous. We even saw some wildlife like little pigs and a fox! We loved cooking at the home and swimming in the pool. The drive up the hill is a little wild but worth it.

Host was very helpful. Always responds to messages. The house was clean, great views and very relaxing. Just what we needed

we were a group of 30 people and rentalsitalia was willing to organize extra beds for us. as a welcoming gift we were given pizza, arancini and wine. Halfway through our stay the house owner came by again and brought us a second round of pizzas. he also took out the rubbish every morning and cleaned the pool. there is nothing around you, so it is not a problem if you are a bit loud. a little further away, however, there is a resort that plays music every day. it didn't bother us too much though. wonderful view and really nice and helpful hosts! I can only recommend them.

We cannot recommend this villa enough, we loved it. Warm welcome with lots of great ideas on restaurants in the surrounding area, fabulous pool, gardens and view. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

Absolutely unforgettable stay! From the very first second, we felt completely at home at Terre di Bea. The property offers complete privacy and a breathtaking view of the sea - truly something special to wake up to every morning. The idyllic pool area is a highlight, perfect for relaxing while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Antonio was the perfect host - warm, helpful, and always available. Whether we needed advice on hidden beaches, restaurant reservations, or tips for local activities, he went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had the most amazing time at this villa, the views are stunning and even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of ten and loved it, the kids had plenty to do with the pool, ping pong table and football game. Cefalu is fifteen minutes drive away and the most charming, pretty little town with many good restaurants and bars, also with great views. We took a day trip to Palermo which is 45 minutes by train from Lascari train station (ten minute drive from the villa) and is well worth visiting. The team who looked after the villa were very friendly and responsive to messages. We loved our time at the villa and will definitely visit again.

The accommodation is excellent, with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available, and it’s conveniently located close to Cefalù and Palermo. The host is always ready to help.

This house is a 10/10. we spend our first vacation as little family with our 6 month old daughter at Diana and Antonio’s beautiful home and we couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing, peaceful and cozy house. The hosts created a place with so much attention and love for detail, every item, peace of furniture and decoration is picked thoughtfully and fits perfectly into the aesthetic of the old stone house and it’s beautiful Olive Garden surroundings. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and kind. They made sure we didn’t go hungry on the day of our arrival, prepared a freshly homecooked meal and even provided a food basked for us with all kinds of tasty local food and lots of fresh lemons, oranges and mandarins. The view from The pool is just stunning, you can watch the sun set behind the mountains while the lights of the little town pettineo start to light up. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back 💛

The perfect place to forget about everyday stress. You feel at home with an incredible view. Also great for 4-legged friends. An experience that is absolutely worth repeating. Friendly and discreet host, clean pool daily.

Milena's house and property are really beautiful and we We felt at home from the start. The house is super well maintained and modernly equipped, in the large kitchen we cooked well and gladly. The outdoor area is incredibly beautiful, there is a huge terrace for sunbathing, grilling and relaxing. The view from the pool is breathtaking, you can watch the sunset over the sea. In fact, it is more beautiful here than you can imagine from the pictures. We had such a nice time that we even extended one night. The hostess is super friendly and has always responded quickly and helpfully. We will be happy to come back

The place is amazing and even better than the photos. There is a really good Hi-Fi, so take few cds. We had a great stay.

Giovanni was lovely, proactive and bent over backwards to help. We had an issue with not being able to get online when we picked up our hire car. When we finally did get online we knew our arrival was going to be very late(after midnight) but Giovanni took it in his stride and was still the welcoming host when we eventually got to his villa. This was a sign of things to come, he was just brilliant! I now regard him as a friend.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Kefalure appartment, which is exactly as advertised. The complex is quiet, has a nice swimming pool and perfect location close to the beach (15 minutes walking) and Cefalu centre (25 minutes walking path along the coast line). Both Laura and Geatano are great hosts and provided us with lots of tips and suggestions. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Sicily!
