Elle est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou une période de télétravail. Cette maison est à proximité du chemin de halage de la Mayenne (avec deux guinguettes), de l'abbaye du Port du Salut et du Bois de l'Huisserie (balades à poney). En juillet/août, les réservations se font du samedi au samedi. pour les autres périodes, aucune nécessité de réserver à la semaine.
