ARTspace is a sustainably renovated loft that offers plenty of space and features modern furnishings. Timber-framed elements, regional building materials, art and decor in calming colors, and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere. The forest, a bike path, and a hiking trail are right on our doorstep. Our property is powered by renewable energy from hydropower.

And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

After the motorway exit ( A 8 ) Pforzheim center you will reach the apartment in five minutes. - Guests must agree in writing to the user agreement on the use of Internet access via Wi-Fi before receiving THE WIFI access data. In the 2 bedrooms there is a large wardrobe, a double and a single bed. The large living room couch can be folded into a bed.
