Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Épagny-Metz-Tessy

Thank you Anne-Valerie for your warm welcome. My friends and I had an extraordinary weekend. The setting, the pool, the tranquility... everything was there. A real moment suspended, a parenthesis of happiness for all of us. It is with reluctance that we have handed over the keys to you 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

Our stay went extremely well thanks to Melissa as well as her professionalism and speed in responding to us. The accommodation was really well located with a beautiful view, no worries about it and was clean, better than in the photos. A big thank you to you for making our stay even better :)

The chalet was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible view from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each room is really a plus, especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Charming French country home. A distance from Old Annecy, but still walkable (20 minutes). Thoughtful amenities, including plenty of bikes for a family! Very warm host (welcome apple pie) and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and cafés. All in all, a rather amazing stay!

we had a very good stay in Claire and Adrien's accommodation, tastefully decorated accommodation, excellent bedding, the spa bath really a plus after busy days of sightseeing. The only small negative point, if we can say that it is one, is that we would have preferred a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. but it is with great pleasure that we will recommend this accommodation.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

A great experience, Fabrice had everything ready for us. My parents spent two unforgettable days on this small farm. The supermarket is close by, and it's more convenient if you have a car — we finally opted for the taxi. I would recommend this lovely little spot to anyone!
