Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Stay by the park

The apartment is quietly located in the annex of our restaurant "Tacheles," directly next to Robert-Heck-Park. It invites you to relax and recharge. Feel at home, without work. But you are also a minute's walk from the old town and the Lahn, five minutes from the city center and ten minutes by car from Limburg. There are various sights, hiking and cycling trails in the vicinity and in summer all kinds of water activities.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
