Everything recently renovated, own electricity from the roof, heat through our stove, a basement for bicycles and a seating area outside at the edge of the forest with charcoal grill and fire bowl make our house unique! Everything is beautifully located in the valley, Eberbach and Heidelberg are within easy reach. For hiking ( Neckarsteig) and cycling (Bikeländ Eberbach) a great starting point! The Sinsheim thermal baths and bathing world are also not far away!

We offer a separate guest apartment with bedroom, private kitchen, dining room, shower and toilet in our house. The S-Bahn (suburban train) station is 450 m away. From here you can quickly reach the Sinsheim Technology Museum, the Badewelt and the Pro-Zero Arena. Heidelberg is 44km and Mannheim 54km away. 300m from us is a nearby and estate where you can shop quickly. Our house is located at the end of the village on Elsenz and is very quiet. Parking in front of the front door.

The apartment includes one bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people (+travel cot if needed). There is also an outdoor area with outdoor seating, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Bikes can be parked & loaded in the lockable bicycle garage.

On two floors, two bedrooms are a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. Towels) and a living room. From the living room in the pointed floor and one of the bedrooms, you can look out into the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) ripples directly past the house.

Vacation home "Weinstüble Trefz"

The "Weinstüble Trefz" is a charming and cozy cottage for 1 to 4 persons. It has a double bedroom as well as a living room with two sofa beds. A kitchen and balcony are attached directly to the living area on the first floor. The bathroom is located at the ground floor. In addition, the 'Weinstube Trefz' is stocked with regional wines, and per night a bottle of wine is included in the price.
