Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Eppstein

A beautiful little apartment in a very quiet and beautiful area. The connection to the city center of Mainz is also very good. We felt comfortable. Martin is a very nice host. Thank you!

The place was very clean and 1 to 1 what we were also promised. The exchange with the hosts was also always friendly and we were immediately helped if we had any question. The surroundings are quiet, which has made it much more idyllic. In the evening we could also stargaze superbly. The place is definitely recommended if you want nice hosts, a quiet place and a cozy place to stay!

My stay with Klaus was perfect all around! The place was very clean, cozy and well equipped. I was particularly pleased with the small gesture in the refrigerator - extra water, beer and cola as a welcome greeting. This shows how much value Klaus places on the well-being of his guests. For me as a motorcyclist, it was also a huge plus that I was allowed to dry my wet motorcycle clothes in the dryer - absolutely not a matter of course and incredibly helpful after a rainy day on tour! The location is quiet, the bed comfortable and everything exactly as described – if not better. Klaus is an extremely friendly and helpful host. I felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back when I have the opportunity. Clear recommendation!

The apartment had everything it offers in its photos, I was not surprised at anything when I arrived because I was already known to see it before. Mats a very friendly and willing person. Next year I will contact him again as we came to visit one of our daughters

We have already stayed for the second time, albeit this time only for 4 nights in the fantastic apartment, with plenty of space and tasteful furnishings. After a warm welcome, we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Our highlight is the great terrace overlooking the garden, unfortunately it was not the right weather to sit outside in January. The apartment is well equipped, there is plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans.... and even water, oil, spices, pasta, pesto, capsules for the Nespresso Vertura machine...... Everything is very clean and so we felt very comfortable again, it is almost like home thanks to our dear hosts Gabi and Roland. The transport connection is great, short distance to the train station and stress-free by train to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden...... A small tip from us is Pizzeria Fortuna, although only pick-up, but very tasty, cheap, freshly prepared pizzas and within 3 minutes walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Julia is a super sweet and courteous person. Always available and very helpful! The location is great and her house invites you to pass the time. I can only recommend it!

We stayed three nights in the apartment and it was all as described. Meline was very nice and communication worked out great. We also borrowed the bikes for the days, which was great and the location was also good for that. We were always on the road during the day, so the little light in the apartment didn't bother us. For a longer vacation where you want to relax in the apartment, it is not quite suitable. Sometimes you heard the kids above, but that didn't bother us any further. For our city trip, the apartment was just as good:)

Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

Place was very convenient, <10 mins walk to the train, and 5min walk to grocery stores. Overall we had a great stay, the stairs were quite steep so it was hard to bring our luggages up. However, it was a great stay overall and we definitely would recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the accommodation! Eva was a perfect and attentive hostess. The apartment is well appointed, there was also coffee/tea and other basic amenities. Thank you for that! The location in the old town is very nice and romantic. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed with Jörg for a family reunion. Since we always attach great importance to sufficient rooms and bathrooms, Jörg's house was absolutely to our taste. It quite matched the description and images. Very interesting architecture and much to discover. Large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, grill and much more. A kitchen without a soft-close and pull-out lock on the drawers. Caution with curious children (and adults:) We had lots of space with 9 adults and 2 young children. The children could "let off steam" in the garden Toys for all ages were available for outdoors as well as indoors. In the house there was also a wide range of games and books to pass the time. In short - we had a nice long weekend in the Taunus with Jörg and Claudia. Those who were always available in advance and never tired of answering our questions. We can really recommend the house.

We were there for the second time and felt right at home. It was a bit like coming home ☺️ the vacation home is super quiet and we were able to relax all around. The facility is very modern and you always have a great view of nature and the adjacent forest. The private sauna and the infrared cabin are also great! Here and there there were a few spiders as inhabitants in the house, which probably cannot be avoided due to the proximity to nature. We were a little worried that we would have to pay extra for electricity (this was not the case on the first visit), because if you have a consumption above an unknown average value, you have to pay extra separately. But that was not the case with us. Otherwise, the contact with the hosts and especially the hostess Mira is always very friendly and you get a very quick answer to every question. We were even greeted with regional gifts ☺️ we would definitely come back!

Our family of four had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would gladly return in the future! Pros: - Very modern, brand-new house - High-quality kitchen equipment (e.g., coffee machine, sharp knives, dishwasher, etc.) - Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, including cozy beds with soft, high-quality linens - Modern bathroom with strong water pressure, plus complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer - Electric car charging system was a great added bonus Suggestions for improvement: - There was some noticeable dust around the house, particularly on shelves, in drawers, and in the corners. Including a vacuum cleaner (in addition to the robot cleaner, which wasn’t very effective on the second floor) would be helpful, especially for guests staying longer. That said, this is a relatively minor issue compared to many other Airbnbs we've stayed in. Overall: Highly recommend this property—an excellent stay!

The house is maintained to a high standard. There are all the utensils in the kitchen, including for preparing meals. The beds are comfortable. The shower and toilet are large. In short, everything is of a high standard.

Nice and spacious apartment located in a quiet neighborhood where you can park. Close to supermarkets and big cities. Ursula and her husband live on the ground floor and are very friendly and helpful.

A lovely quiet spot next to a forest in the beautiful Lahn Valley area. Hosts communicated very well before we arrived and were very friendly and helpful and responsive. They provided very thoughtful extras like great coffee, and outdoor furniture. We were very happy with our stay and certainly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very large. The rooms are modernly furnished, very clean and very cozy. The bathroom is a dream with large shower and bathtub. The large kitchen has everything you need, the dining area offers enough space for up to 6 people. The Rhine with Biebrich Castle with beautiful park can be reached in about 1/2 hour on foot. The center of Wiesbaden can be reached by car in about 10 minutes by bus in about 15 minutes. Parking in front of the house is possible at any time. A grocery store in the immediate vicinity is a few minutes' walk. We felt very comfortable there and will book this accommodation again if possible. Angela is very friendly and helpful, requests were answered within a very short time. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Our family's second stay was just as perfect as the previous one. We were able to park our large car in front of the house, and the place was still clean. Thanks to the friendly host. I will stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

Wonderful spot in Wiesbaden, prime location near the pedestrian only area, very close public transit options to get around. All in all a wonderful place to experience the city of Wiesbaden. Outside of great location, the apartment is cozy and clean, exactly as it appears in pictures. The hosts are friendly and willing to help when any problem appears as they are nearby! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit.

The apartment was great and in a perfect location for touring the area. The apartment is spacious with modern furnishings and has everything you need. The bathroom is large and has great lighting. The windows in the living had a great view of the Rhine and a castle. As someone who loves castles, this is the perfect place.

The property is cozy, clean and practically equipped. It's easy to find, check-in went smoothly, as did communication. You can park right in front of the house. Despite the nearby street pleasantly quiet and wonderfully close to the forest, great balcony.

The host is quick to respond to messages and super friendly. The apartment was very clean and cozy. I can recommend it.
