Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a core-renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to make you feel good. Restaurants, cafes are right outside the front door, Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Wheels can be placed in the yard, here it can also be nicely seated in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked directly in front of the house.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating groups, playground, campfire place, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for even potters, a piano in the 45 sqm living kitchen.
