It is located in the city center of Châteaubriant, a 5-minute walk from the town hall and the Étang de Choisel, a 10-minute walk from the castle, and close to the greenways (which are delightful). Despite the proximity to the city center, the street has very little traffic and is very quiet. You will have private parking in front of the studio and a small outdoor area. Possibility to store bikes safely. Looking forward to meeting you.
