Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Erfurt

Superb stay at Helge’s place which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We booked the place for a weekend and celebrated our family reunion there. We particularly liked the secluded location and the proximity to the forest. The children could play carefree outdoors, also the large group room with long table and cozy oven was just great! Thank you!

Sandar and Hans are very nice - we had no problems on arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The house is in a well-maintained condition and very clean. The kitchen was great! The communication was top notch. The house has a quiet and private location - beautiful view of the village. The surroundings are very beautiful and super suitable for small hiking tours. The garden invites you to relax and grill. Shops and restaurants in Großbreitenbach are about 8 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. We'll be back!

Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't miss anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

Really beautiful surroundings and a special trip for our family. The endless views you look out from the pool are breathtaking. The location is great and the cottage is beautiful and lacks nothing. Erfurt is a beautiful city with a lot of old architecture. We shopped very nicely and had a nice meal in Erfurt city center. Manuela is a very sweet woman who has welcomed us nicely and responded to our messages within moments. We are very happy that she was allowed to use her Paradise.

We had a great short break in Ziegenrück. We liked the house even better in person than in the photos. The play and relaxation options in the garden leave nothing to be desired. Although the neighbors are not far away, the garden is private behind green hedges. We particularly liked that every detail was well thought out and every smallest space was used sensibly. Above all, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, our son grabbed the bunk and slept blissfully in it. We have nothing to complain about and recommend the accommodation without reservation!

Very satisfied. The location and the garden were even better than the photos suggest, you are actually after 50 meters directly on the lake (if you walk through the adjacent campsite). The three of us got a little tight in the cabin, but that doesn't bother you in the summer.

The stay with Olaf and Nicole was wonderful. Also worth mentioning is the super travel directions. We were very nicely received, and everything was shown and explained to us. The house was very clean, everything as you would expect and everything you need in it, as well as some games. Olaf also helped us and stoked the pool. Wonderful location, beautiful view over the city, perfect for pursuing your hobbies undisturbed or simply relaxing in the whirlpool in the sun. Thank you very much and I'd be happy to come back! The apartment in this beautiful area of Thuringia is very quiet, spacious and lovingly furnished, and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The landlord is very friendly and always quick to reach. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is complete and has an atmospheric interior. It is located in the city centre of Gotha, but is very quiet and private. Within 2 minutes walking we were at the market where the Christmas market was. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. Gerrit was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked the apartment through Airbnb for two nights from December 23-25 and were completely satisfied. The location is unbeatable – right in the middle of the city, with private parking and walking distance to both the cathedral square and the Anger. Shopping for everyday needs is right around the corner. The apartment itself is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Only the variety of switches and technical possibilities can be a bit overwhelming at first. All in all, a top accommodation that we will certainly book again on a future theater visit in Erfurt.

Tuscany feeling at the gates of Erfurt: Diana and Toni's place is like a small oasis. From the terrace you have a view of the countryside and can enjoy the vastness of village life. If the big city is missing, it is 6 minutes away by Regio at Erfurt train station. We felt very comfortable. The house is very lovingly and tastefully furnished with high-quality products and a lot of love for detail - we didn't miss anything. I was especially pleased with the selection of books and games (also for children). Diana and Toni are very friendly hosts and very helpful. The farm is very spacious and there is plenty to discover. A small supermarket and a good bakery can be reached in a few minutes by car. We can't wait to visit!

great stay, super quiet location

Everything is great, as described in the ad! The location is ideal and the amenities are above average, I would check in there again any time…

Very nice spacious accommodation, lovingly and thoughtfully furnished, cozy and quiet. Above all, the large living space with an open kitchen, which had everything you need for relaxed cooking on vacation, was very inviting. The sauna for free use and a balcony with afternoon sun have rounded everything off nicely. Once you arrive, you can easily explore the area on foot, you are in the forest in a few minutes and can start hiking or go towards the village and stroll through the spa park to the monastery ruins and eat ice cream in the ice cream cafe. For us with a small child, the nearby playground was also great. Bakers and shops are also within walking distance in 10-15 minutes. The hosts were extremely nice and always easily accessible. When we forgot things on departure, they were sent very nicely and easily. Thank you again. Overall, absolutely recommended for a few nice relaxing days in a great environment.

Very nice cottage, pure idyll. If you are looking for pure nature and peace, you are in good hands there. Directly around you can make beautiful tours in the Thuringian forest. We would have preferred to move in. Small and fine! Thank you!

Our team (including 2 dogs) was in the apartment for a week due to work. They were completely satisfied and we will definitely book the place again when we are around again and need a place to stay!

We stayed for a week in Michaels house in Schnepfenthal. The house is all you need for a stay with 2 kids. Spacious, full furnished kitchen, big sunny garden, a bath and a big TV with Netflix :) Loads of interesting spots for us geographers in the Geopark where Schnepfenthal is located. Nearby Gotha and Erfurt. Located in a quiet village on walking distance to a great restaurant Zur Tanne and Waltershausen town where supermarkets etc are located. A place to come back to!

Were passing through. A good place to stay if you want to explore the area. Even in the evening you could end the evening on the slope in front of the accommodation.

This is not just a place to stay or overnight, this is the immersion in another world, hidden in a rather unexpected place. A completely authentic log cabin with such a host. I am very excited about both and would love to come back. I was there alone for a short stay in the cold dark season, which may not be optimal for this place. In any case, Andrea was very helpful and kind and gave me more of her time than I expected. It was an honor to get to know the house and residents. However, those who expect urban comfort with only a wildly trimmed facade could be a bit overwhelmed. Everything is very real here, everyone is aware of that beforehand. If you can get involved, you may leave something behind and take something for yourself. I was curious before, unsure if this may be a bit too daring for me; but was just right. Thank you!
