Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

With about 950 inhabitants, Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting. The small village is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "hairy" days with a good view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby Marien-Wallfahrtsort Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiemsee make the region the ideal starting point for a vacation in Bavaria.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The 36 sqm apartment has a living/sleeping room. It is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers for additional storage. It also includes a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, coffee pod machine and a kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a shower and towels in our bathroom. There is also a cozy balcony with great views of the countryside.

Very well-equipped apartment, rented as a family by nice Bavarian hosts. It is located on the first floor and second floor of a small house and also has a stair lift. The property has a cozy and covered patio and free parking. Inexpensively located in the Inn Valley, there are plenty of excursion destinations in the vicinity, e.g. the pilgrimage town of Altötting (5 km), Burghausen Castle (20 km), many lakes (Chiemsee - 30 min. drive) and much more.

Enjoy a relaxing time in our lovingly furnished YAY apartment, which was designed with lots of wood and attention to detail. The 5 box spring beds can be flexibly set up as double beds or as single beds. This means you can enjoy the spacious apartment as a group or as a couple. The apartment is right next to the train station, so you can easily arrive by train. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces available in front of the house.

Get away from the hustle and bustle - enjoy the sounds of nature on a listed farm in a secluded location, as you walk through the orchard or enjoy the orange-red sunset with a good bottle of wine by the pond. Swimming in the natural pond is possible (at your own risk). A cat has also settled in the yard. He is well cared for and likes to stop by, so the accommodation is only suitable for guests who do not feel disturbed by this.

From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
