Our property, since 2002, welcomes guests eager to discover the most authentic Sicily and in search of relaxation thanks to comfort, outdoor spaces and the large pool.

The apartment is fully furnished with two air conditioners, it has a large living room with TV, kitchen with Erice view balcony, complete with everything you need (oil, salt, sugar, etc.) fridge, microwave, various utensils, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with breakfast corner, bathroom with washing machine, shower with dispenser (body soap and shampoo), iron and towels; two bedrooms with linens. A wonderful penthouse apartment, 20 steps from the sea and inside an incredible noble palace of the early 1800s in the historic center. The parking is right on the street in front of our entrance, very comfortable for those who reach us by car. Breakfast, included in the living room, is great for trying all the typical Sicilian products.
