We had the best girls overnight! We loved how secluded and peaceful the house was. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoy every minute. On the deck it felt as though you were at a retreat. The house was plenty big for the group of 6 we had and it was very clean and tidy. So thankful for all the amenities and how stocked the cabinets were with must haves. Our only complaint was that we wish we had planned 2-3 nights instead of 1. Would looooove to come back and make it a yearly stay. Thank you for sharing your amazing place 🙏

absolutely amazing. the location is obviously right on the slopes, which is great. but the house itself is gorgeous and way more beutiful in person. kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need. perfect house for a great ski vacation. it was such a pleasure to stay there and I could not recommend it more.

Gwen was absolutely a superb host!! We drove in from Florida for my daughters graduation from Cornell. Thankfully, Gwen made sure all was taken care of at the property as I also had some last minute changes. She send me shopping and local information so I could prepare prior to arriving at the Condo. Gwen most certainly assisted our family in making this trip very joyous and memorable. The Condo was exquisite, very clean and comfortable for us. The area was breathtaking and we look forward to visit again!

We stayed at MJ and Bill’s townhouse for our daughter’s graduation from Cornell and had a great experience. There were six of us, and the space worked out really well for our family. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The dining table and fireplace seating area made a great place to gather, eat, and spend time together. The two-level layout made the space feel open and allowed everyone to spread out. We only had a chance to use the deck briefly on our first evening, but the view of the ski hill made it a nice spot to relax. When the Wi-Fi briefly went out, MJ responded right away and had it fixed quickly, which we really appreciated during a busy weekend. Overall, this was a great place to stay. It’s convenient to both Greek Peak and Ithaca. We’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.

I had a longer stay in this apartment while visiting Cornell. It has everything you need for a longer stay, is quite spacious and was clean at my arrival. Supermarkets, a CVS and the university were all at walking distance. The beautiful Cascadilla creek is a 10-minutes walk. Gloria was always fast to answer any of my questions. I can very much recommend this apartment!

Location, location, location! Close to everything it was a perfect stay for our family. Everything was as described. Communication with Shawn was seamless. If staying know that there are many steps, and to bring your own towels. The beach/dock is complete with chairs, a row boat and kayak! The driveway is steep, make sure you enter on the right angle. Parking is concise with limited space but accommodated 3 cars easily. Would definitely visit this beautiful spot again!

Tim is the greatest host ever. He was in contact prior to check in to see if we needed anything. He went out of his way in every respect. Great place, and such a pretty setting. He was very quick to respond to a question I had, and had nice touches of hospitality. Thank you so much!

Timothy was more than friendly to me and my family. We arrived late at night and found Pizza ready. That’s so nice of him! He was responsive and made sure my family and I were having a great time. I’ll definitely come again.😍

I stayed with my family of 4 here for a week and it was lovely. We had more than enough room, it was very clean and updated with everything you could need. Chris,our host, was great and very accommodating to our family. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Good location, 15 minute drive to the race track not too far from anything. Check in was very easy. Host has great communication. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

A nice place with a 1 mile walk to SPAC. Very new but with the noisiest staircase! Had a very good time.

We had a wonderful stay at SunnyViews! It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The interior of the home is very spacious, yet still has a very cozy, homey feel. The best part for us was the full kitchen, and we were able to cook and bake pies throughout our stay. And each bedroom was warm and toasty to remedy the chilly nights. Will definitely be scoping out this spot the next time we head upstate.

We had a lovely stay at Carries house. The location and amenities were perfect for my family. Carrie was very quick to respond to any question we had. I would recommend her house if you are looking for a comfortable home with lots to do.- Joann

We enjoyed our stay! The scenery was beautiful. The space was perfect for what we needed for a graduation trip to Ithaca and a relaxing getaway in Cortland. Our party of 3 had lots of space to feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and slept very well at night after busy days in Ithaca. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for the graduation as well. Jamie was a very kind and accommodating host! We would love to return someday. It must be a fun ski retreat, but I have to say I Ioved the peace and quiet there this spring!

Sherri is truly a Superhost! Her home is welcoming, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, with high-quality linens and towels that added an extra touch of luxury. We loved the location—so convenient to the racetrack and other local activities. Although the weather didn’t cooperate and we couldn’t enjoy the backyard, it looked absolutely inviting and thoughtfully designed. We highly recommend Sherri’s home—you will not be disappointed!

Mark’s space felt right at home. So close to the airport and many shops and restaurants but also felt tucked away at the same time. I absolutely loved the space. The fireplace brought such a relaxing vibe. We found ourselves wanting to just stay in and relax while it rained with our coffees in the morning with the fireplace on because it was so peaceful. There was a bit of an ant problem downstairs but totally fine upstairs. Everything was perfect and clean. Mark was also such a responsive and helpful host. We look forward to visiting again!

This is a nice modestly appointed home. It was clean, quiet with comfortable beds and nice sitting area outside. There is a large woods directly behind the home. The host was responsive. Lighting was good and TV had Netflix active without code needed.

This was our second stay and it was even better than the last. This house is immaculate- so spacious and comfortable you sink right in and never want to leave! The location at the top of their block is breathtaking and so peaceful. My son is allergic to dust and always struggles when we travel but had no issues here due to how clean. Jen is a super responsive host and goes above and beyond. The dog water bowl was filled when we got there and she left treats for humans and furry friends. Though the snow never showed we really enjoyed skiing at west mountain, hiking lake moreau and Saratoga Springs Spa Parks. And dinner at Morgan & Co. I'm already thinking about our next visit! This is truly our favorite airbnb.
