Relax in the Adirondacks on this private 12 acre wooded lot and enjoy the wide range of activities in the area. 4 mile drive to Lake George Village. The house has many common areas: living room, game room w/ wet bar, 2 sunrooms and two patios. The address is Lake Luzerne but the property boarders the town of Lake George. No smoking is allowed in the house!
