The quiet neighborhood with birds singing, waves lapping on the shore, and the breezes coming through the screened deck doors make sleeping in that oh so comfortable bed an overnight vacation. You will certainly get your rest! If you come from the North, make sure to stop in for a take out supper at Off-The-Hook Seafood place at the Dunkirk Pier before the last 5 miles to Wisteria Cottage.

Kelly's cottage was perfect for me and my boys to get away! The stream behind the house was lovely and just a short paddle to Chautauqua Lake. My kids loved the hot tub! The cottage was fully stocked with dishes to cook with and coffee and snacks (my boys loved the mini popcorn!), as well as, plenty of fresh linens and towels. We had such a great time and are looking forward to making this a yearly tradition already!

Overall, Amanda’s place was adorable and a great getaway for a long weekend! Amanda is very responsive and kind. We had a few hiccups with the house (technical things) and she was very responsive and willing to help as much as she could despite not being in the area. It is a tight space for more than 6 people. There were 7 total in our group so keep in mind it only having one shower and some close sleeping quarters. The beds were very comfy and clean though. It was still cool with the AC window units on too (if staying in the summer). All in all would stay again!

The home is so beautiful, I took pictures because I really want to build a home and it’s what I’m going to base it off of!!! Kathlene was so helpful. Anything we needed she was right on it.!! we will plan on coming again in the future! You will not be disappointed in this location or the home itself!!

this place was an amazing stay for me and my girlfriends trip! we were obsessed with the house and the views. tony answered all our questions promptly and sent someone to look at the hot tub while we were there. we definitely hope to be back in the future!

This is an adorable place directly next to a quiet, beautiful beach. They have some amenities for young children such as plastic plates and cups and a high chair, which is nice to not have to pack. The hosts were helpful and responsive.

Parkside cottages are a great place to stay with easy access to the lake. Everything is always clean, peaceful and quiet! Since our last stay we were surprised to see some updates in the kitchen that were simple and nice. If you’re looking for a quick get away in a quiet little cabin environment, this is the spot!

Sally’s place was beautiful and spacious. It worked well for our family’s mini-vacation. The location can’t be better. I being able to walk right to the shore. This is the second time I’ve rented one of Sally’s properties, and both times Sally was just great to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

The host was very responsive. We accidently locked ourselves out and he was quick to come help us out. The place was peaceful and we had a nice time.

The Cove was a wonderful cottage within walking distance of the lake. The house had lots of nice antiques to make you feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a short walk from the lake. I’d stay here again if in the area.

We had such a great time staying here! The walk to the cliffs was super muddy, but we still made the best of it. It was shocking to see the sheer drop of the cliffside. We weren’t expecting that! It was a beautiful view at sunset. We were very comfortable during our stay, and hope to come again for even longer!

WOW! That’s what we said when we opened the front door. The view of the lake was awesome and Barbara’s house was perfect for the 4 of us celebrating our 70th birthdays. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s before but this house had every amenity you could ask for. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked including paper products, shampoos, spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the morning sunrise from the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We visited the National Comedy Museum in Jamestown and walked the beautiful grounds of the Chautauqua Institute ! Barbara was the perfect hostess and even offered to mail the clothes we left in the dryer back to us. As one ages, we tend to remember the “moments” and forget the “things”🥴. Thank you, Barbara, for transforming your shack into a spectacular cottage and sharing it with us.

Rikki is the best host compared to all the other hosts we’ve had! She has absolutely everything u could possibly need! I was very happy to see a blow dryer which I forgot at home!!!! Our dog had a blast playing ball in a large area! Can’t wait to come back! Ty Rikki for everything!

A great place to stay! We enjoyed the space and found that we were never overcrowded with 9 people and a dog. The cottage was even more beautiful than the pictures show and the A/C was a great amenity! The host was amazing, welcoming and accommodating! It was so close to the little town with shops and restaurants! We will for sure be back! Totally worth the price!

This was our 2nd stay at the Cozy Oaks in the past 2 months. This property is well-maintained and has gorgeous views of the forest.

Such a cute little cottage in a peacefully little neighborhood. Can see the lake from the house and short walk to playground and waterfront. Loved it! Would definitely stay again!

This was our fourth time staying here. We always love staying here. Stephanie makes everything so cozy and clean and really knows how to use her space wisely. So close to everything. We will definitely be back again this summer!

What a great little place, we packed in right on our boat! The canal was so convenient for accessing the main lake and such a peaceful retreat at night! We spent the evenings listening to the bull frogs from the deck overlooking the canal. The house was perfect and the loft was adorable!

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at Bryce’s charming cabin. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, well designed and full of character. Although a small space, it felt open and comfortable. Bryce was a very responsive and accommodating host, answering all our questions quickly and kindly. The beds were comfortable, the water hot and the cabin was adequately equipped for cooking. We loved the view of the creek from the dining area and sitting by the water and making a fire in the evening. It was perfect for my elderly mom too—no stairs, easy shower access, and peaceful surroundings with birdsong during the day and quiet at night. One note for those with similar needs: the dining table is counter height, my mom either stood at the table or used the sofa chair to eat. This wasn't a problem for us at all, but might be helpful information for others. She loved the space and didn’t want to leave. We couldn't have had a better experience and we’d gladly return!

This houses a dream and spacious beautiful and very comfortable. It was a home away from home there was everything you needed to feel at home . Craig was always responsive in a timely manner and very accommodating to our needs .Needless to stay I will go back and stay there again without hesitation.

Place was perfect for a long weekend getaway. We took a fishing trip with a small group of guys. Transient slips are available at Barcelona harbor and is a 2 minute walk from the house to the marina. House had all the amenities we needed.

Alyssa and Brian were great! They were very responsive! The place was just like the pictures and everything was clear!! They had everything you needed to cook! They had toiletries in bathroom! I brought my own but it was all there! Thank you! I hate to recommend bc I want it available for when we want to go again! lol! All seriousness definitely would recommend!!!

The cottage was perfect for us! It is just like the pictures and Stephen and Chelsea were very responsive. I also want to mention how family friendly the cottage is. We have a 3 and 1 yr old and the cottage had baby gates upstairs and downstairs, an adorable play kitchen set that kept them very entertained, pack and play, high chair and more. We really appreciated all the extras for the kiddos - thanks so much!

Wow. The setting is breathtaking. The river is directly in front of the cabin, you walk down some grassy areas and across a tiny road. There was an eagle nest directly in view of the massive porch. The rooms are all big, the seating is comfortable. We were able to use the sit-on kayaks and life vests in the basement, which provided days of fun. The fire pit is awesome. The giant boulders are really pretty and natural and we had great burns there. Wood is on site for purchase, which was really convenient. $6/bundle. We all caught bass right out front! There is a trampoline that the child went nuts for. I recommend bringing drinking water even though it is drinkable. the well does have a smell, which i understand is normal. The kitchen is stocked pretty well.
