Perfect place to escape to for a peaceful wooded retreat! Excellent and communicative hosts along with a clean space. The place was fully stocked with plenty for kids to do especially the clean hot tub. A great destination!

Sharyn’s house is very beautiful. A great place to get away and just relax. The house was set up perfect to bring the kids, as well as friends/family. All ages had something to do in this house. Sharyn was super responsive and always willing to help if we ever needed. Amazing place and we are very glad we went to this house. Thank you again!

We had an amazing time at Wendy's place! The whole property is very beautiful, and the cabins and main house are perfectly decorated for a relaxing and luxurious feel. All the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Everything was spotless, and you can tell Wendy takes great care of her property. The hot tub is large, clean and easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We instantly felt relaxed and at home in the space. The location is perfect, easy to find, and you feel secluded but are very close to towns and wineries. Lastly, Wendy is so very wonderful, and helped to make my mom's 60th birthday extra special! We will definitley be back!

As in other reviews be prepared for sulfur water. The sulfur smell is horid. However, i believe the owner has done everything he can to try to elevate it. Filters work well but they need constant flow or they can be bad instead of good. I developed rash from it. I read reviews and knew about it well in advance. The place is very comfortable and quiet location. If you listen carefully you can hear the click clock of amish on the roads. The electric heaters heat the property astonishingly well. This week we had nearly 30 inches of snow. We were sick of the snow for sure. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Restaurants as well. Beds feel hard at first but slept like baby. No stains on sheets etc as others pointed out. Over all enjoyed our stay. IF YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO SULFUR NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. UNTIL A PERMANENT SOLUTION IS FOUND FOR THE ISSUE. We will probably rebook in 25.

We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was super peaceful, the hot tub was so relaxing and enjoyable, we cooked over the fire (awesome fire pit with comfy chairs!), and the cabin was equipped with everything we could have needed and more! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was super clean- what more could you ask for!! Thank you to our super responsive hosts!!

Awesome stay at the good vibes cabin. We had a great time it’s affordable and only an hour and a half from Niagara Falls. Super clean beautiful scenery. Highly recommend off the hook seafood in dunkirk NY only 20 minutes away. The first night Angela introduced herself to us and showed us where everything was and was very welcoming and accommodating definitely stay here if you want to camp and have a peaceful stay. Will be staying again.

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home with every amenity imaginable. Excellent communication from host. They went above and beyond expectations for an AirBnB. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area!

This place is a gem in northwestern Pennsylvania. It’s perfect for nature lovers who enjoy birding, flora and fauna identification, outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and biking, and for those who want a quiet escape. The quirky decor adds a lively and entertaining touch of nostalgia while being accommodating in every way. Lee and Windle are excellent hosts communicating before, during and after our stay. We enjoyed the wood stove, metal roof and porch as it rained most of our stay but we were kept cozy and comfortable while still being a part of the outdoors. Highly recommended and we will return to check it out during different seasons of the year. Thank you for opening the is space for others to enjoy.

Wonderful place with an excellent host! An unmatched value for sure.👍🏻👍🏻 It is a distance to a full-fledged grocery or beverage store so I would suggest to arrive with special necessities that you may require.

This was our second visit and it was just as cozy as the first for our family getaway. Loved seeing the geese and their babies. Everyone enjoyed the coffee bar and the view - including watching all the wildlife.

Beth's place was amazing only Airbnb i ever used that had so much for us to use the only thing we needed was ourselves and food was very impressed would recommend 100 percent looking forward to booking again in the future

We had a wonderful weekend at the Hite Camp celebrating my birthday! Alvey was super friendly and accommodating and we greatly appreciated the homemade muffins and fresh eggs. The cottage was cozy and we felt right at home. We loved sitting out at the fire pit in the evenings, listening to the frogs along the river. Our dog had a great time exploring the property and we liked how centrally located the cottage was. We made a day trip to Presque Isle State Park and there's hiking nearby at the Erie National Wildlife Refuge. A trip to Riverside Brewing Company is a must and it's in walking distance, too!

We had a beautiful stay, we loved the cabin and had every amenity we needed! Truly, the only downside was a smell of natural gas that was all through the area and not the fault of Norm and Janelle obviously! We definitely plan to go back!

Last minute booking but it was wonderful. The cabin has so much character, inside and outside. There was so many cool things about the place. I will definitely come back

Kate was over the top helpful. Her quaint top-o-mountain cabin doesn’t have an address. I didn’t know how to put coordinates into my GPS. So she met me and led me IN PERSON to the cabin. This took much pressure off my evening because I was arriving to the wilderness location after dark. She was friendly and personable. He cabin is exactly as described, perfectly clean and a peaceful idyllic experience. We even saw deer and a flock of turkey who live in the property Thank you Kate!

This is a very nice place to get away from the stress in life. a lot of wildlife that are not hard spot. a real nice place.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week. This place is a gem. We caught some fish and saw many different birds. The place was very clean and we appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! If you like the outdoors this is definitely a place to stay. We liked everything very much, we stayed with the children, the children were delighted with the second floor, amazing nature, the pond, we liked everything very much, the owner provided coals for the barbecue, coffee, candles for lighting, everything was at the highest level

What a wonderful place! Many places that we were going to visit in the town there were closed Sunday-Tuesday, and it rained most of our time there. However, that may have been a blessing! We spent even more time enjoying each other’s company in the beautiful cabin! Watching and listening to the rain from the porch rocking chairs was one of my favorite memories!
