The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and offers some of the best streets for taking a stroll. The nearby Frontier park offers live music, playgrounds, and plenty of room to roam.

The Sunset Efficiency in the Brick House

Cozy little apartment tucked away in Millcreek just a couple minutes from the airport. There is a bakery, an ice cream shop and a tavern within walking distance with other shopping and dining options right nearby. The apartment has a small bathroom with a nice sized shower. The kitchenette has a hotplate, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator as well as basic cookware, dining set and silverware. The apartment opens to a nice backyard that guests are welcome to enjoy.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

This has had all the modern updates, features vibrant decor, local art, a color changing electric fireplace and free parking lot. You'll also have access to the backyard to sit and enjoy the garden on summer nights. Only well behaved dogs are welcome, we do not host any other pets (cats, birds, guinea pigs, etc.)

This property is located next to our home. It overlooks Walnut Creek and features a quiet cabin with a private hot tub set in the woods yet still close to all the best Erie attractions. This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

Private 2 bedroom suite w/hot tub

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
