The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

We have a long driveway for your boat. We're close to Erie Sport Center 2 mi, Splash Lagoon 2.2 mi, Presque Isle 8.8 mi, restaurants, shopping and more. Create new memories, watch your kids play, enjoy a beautiful Erie sunset and gather around a crackling bonfire, share stories and laughter under the starlit sky.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.
