The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The apartment is designed with the 140cm bed for two people and in the modern kitchen, in addition to a hob, there is also a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. The apartment is centrally located in Bad Griesbach only a short distance (about 5 minutes) from the Kurplatz and Kurpark (Kneipptrettbecken, ...).

The discharge house, built in 1920, was completely renovated in 2016/17. It belongs to a decommissioned farm, which is located 5 km from Simbach am Inn. The ground floor is in a beautiful vaulted room a bread oven.( The room is not yet fully furnished and is therefore not rented) In addition, a 15 KW piece wood heater is located on the ground floor.
