Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.

Die vollausgestattete gemütliche Unterkunft ist in guter Lage zur Innenstadt und AUDI, sowie mit dem Auto einfach von der Autobahn (A9) zu erreichen. Schwimmbad- und Saunanutzung ist inbegeriffen.
