The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.

Enjoy this stylish space, "Wäller Haus", completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Our "small apartment" offers a cozy and stylish overnight stay for up to two people. Here you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the wonderful view of the Drachenfels from the dining table. The bathroom is located one staircase below. There is a spacious waterfall shower here. The "highlight" of the Gründerzeit villa, our large garden with old trees invites you to linger and relax.

It is less than 100 m from the picturesque Rhine bank of Unkel and at the same time impresses with breathtaking views of the vineyards.
