Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Erpel

The contact before arrival was prompt, friendly and hassle-free. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description, in addition, tea / coffee, milk and sugar were available as basic equipment, which saved us the morning on the holiday unusual for Lower Saxony😊 As smokers, we would like to thank you for a cozy, covered spot for our vice! Great fast communication with Alex and Desi. The space was very nice and met all expectations. The only thing missing was a fan on the ceiling or a 2nd fan. It had been very hot that day and despite having all the doors and windows open, the bedroom next to the living room remained very warm at night. It also remained very warm in the closed bedroom (with fan).

The view was amazing, the place was very spacious. The fridge was stocked with some small things which was a lovely surprise. Host was amazing at communicating and everything was beyond expectations.

Very nice and clean apartment, center and train station within walking distance. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. I really felt welcome and at home with Birgit and Christoph :-)

What an amazing house. It is often so quiet and if you hear anything, it is birds. Rest and nature was all we were looking for. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the deer. We were lucky that there were young deer :) House was spotless and lovingly decorated

The apartment has everything you need, is cozy, very clean and bright. The air conditioning was particularly helpful on the hot days. Peter is a very nice and helpful host. We fully recommend the place.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The cottage is very cozy and well maintained, nothing is missing and everything is within walking distance. Communication is great, very nice and quick! It is very difficult to leave because you feel at home so much. Very Recommended!

The apartment is super close to the Moselle with great views. Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable. :)

We spent a family weekend at Ben's house and were there with 9 adults and a toddler. We felt very comfortable in the house and garden. The evening barbecue and campfire were particularly nice.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation in Koblenz Vallendar. Everything was clean, well equipped and left nothing to be desired. The flexible check-in was very pleasant and the hot tub a real highlight. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

I gave the accommodation to my parents for Christmas at the time of the wine week in Cochem. They raved about the place and the accommodation. Bernd was very helpful and friendly and easy to reach. Check in/out probably worked smoothly. You could walk very well in the village. Everyone was very happy and the surroundings were probably fantastic according to the pictures I saw.

Stephanie is a very, very dear, courteous, helpful host. Her apartment is beautiful, superbly located, has a great balcony and an incredibly beautiful view. The festival grounds and lake are just a few minutes' walk away. It was clean and she had even provided a dog bed, a water bowl and a ball for our dogs. We would always want to stay with her.

A very tasteful apartment, where EVERYTHING was really thought of. we felt VERY COMFORTABLE!
