Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Die Lage ist ideal für Ruhesuchende, die in herrlicher Natur entspannen wollen, sowie für Wanderer und Mountainbikefahrer. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.
