Petra is a wonderful host. In advance, she provided me with all the important information about my stay. I immediately felt very comfortable in their accommodation - yes, I can say at home. ☺️ Very clean, it really had EVERYTHING you need for your getaway and extremely lovingly furnished. Thank you at this point also for the little welcome gift (drink and something to nibble). 🙏🏻 Check-in went absolutely smoothly. Regarding times (check-in and check-out) Petra was very flexible - just perfect. This allowed me to fully enjoy the day of arrival and had a cozy farewell. Really a shame that I could only stay 2 nights. But I'd love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time. ♥️

Great location. Quiet, ideal for walking and relaxing, close to a beautiful lake. Also the apartment was well maintained and everything was perfect :))

Nice attic apartment on the Fulda with great view. Tram in front of the door, shopping within walking distance - a really good alternative in a quiet location!

Stay with friends to go to Phantasialand. We booked 2 nights with extra bed linen. Everything is as advertised and Sabine, who is an excellent host, provided us with very clear, complete and very useful explanations before our arrival. In addition, she responds very quickly to requests. We were 7 with 1 child (2 slept in the bedroom and the others in the living room with the beds provided). Thanks to Sabine for her good advice and kindness.

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility. We liked the direct proximity to the Edersee. You could even see the castle on the other side from the bed. Wonderful for a short trip!

The accommodation was perfect for our 2 nights. Very clean location. Everything seems very brand new. When we went to the local bakery (where they sell delicious things, by the way), we found out how this came. This village is still building up a disaster that happened in 2021. We were finally happy to be able to support this village with our visit and stay. The rented location itself was perfect. Beautiful fresh furniture. Very neat bathroom. Airy, large spaces. Small kitchen on the other hand, but it has everything you need. We might come back ;-)

We just spent a week at the Platzhirsch and are absolutely thrilled. Ira and Ralf are very friendly hosts, the communication was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully furnished, nothing was missing. The direct view of the Diemelsee was simply wonderful! The place is great! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

Great location for several people, right on the lake, which is great in summer. The small pool and sauna are a highlight. The kitchen is basically well equipped, but with really full occupancy a little short on cutlery. The apartment was clean upon arrival and looked well maintained. The other amenities are very good, there is even a washing machine and a dishwasher. The place is very remote, without a car it is probably difficult. Shopping facilities are available in the next village. For special needs, you can also quickly reach Mayen by car. But you have absolute peace and quiet and are in the middle of nature.

Nice, top equipped cottage with fantastic views. Thanks to the good directions, it was very easy to find the cottage and check in. Bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well equipped. We had a great weekend with lots of sun on the terrace, the lake within walking distance and, as the icing on the cake, a sauna with a view.

We had a great time here! The accommodation is well equipped and even for our dog everything was directed, from couch pillows to water bowls. We felt right at home. We had a few issues with the internet, but we were able to overcome that. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We were here with our two teenagers for a short trip. Accommodation was optimal, surroundings very quiet, view of the countryside. The Rhine was very close, great view of the Cologne skyline. The city center is easily accessible by bike or public transport. Our hostess was very nice and quick to reach. We'd love to come back!

We had spent a furniture weekend at the property and were more than satisfied. Very nice cozy house . Lovingly furnished and well equipped. Everything is plentiful in the kitchen Water was within walking distance. For the children, there was even a great playground in the holiday village. Host very friendly Conclusion: Highly recommended, 5/5 stars

Sybille is a very nice and attentive landlady. It's authentic and friendly. The room corresponded to the description and the view from the balcony into the garden is very nice.

Really nice house next to a farm on the Rhine river. My young family found the home quaint and well appointed. Ines was an amazing host and went out of her way to meet as at the house to walk us through the specifics. She was great each day with a random question. This was place about 20-30 minutes outside the busy city and provided a nice, quiet ambiance.

The short time with you felt much longer and more relaxing. Thank you for having such a great apartment for us. The location is a dream, the decor with attention to detail and the hosts contacted us briefly to ask if everything worked out/we could find our way. Thank you for the great time at your place.

We came to Winterberg to visit the Dirt Masters. the apartment was clean and everything for the day. There was a need. There was nothing wrong with the location. With in the countryside with lake views...great. The bike park was only about 10 minutes away by car and there are also many other ways to make his free time. The only drawback: The extra bed was really maximum uncomfortable, as it is extremely soft on the outer sides and has a very hard link in the middle, so you can't sleep comfortably on it. Here, if necessary, another solution should be organized. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely like to return.

We had a wonderful 3 days in Winterberg and stayed 2 nights at Steve's place. The location is great, you are at the ski slopes/hiking trails/in the center with fifteen minutes. The house is clean and tidy, with 2 bedrooms with in both double bed.

I had the pleasure of staying in Sebastian's modern and cozy apartment, and it was simply fantastic. The furnishings are tasteful and well thought out – every detail contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Sebastian was an exceptional host: always friendly, helpful and attentive. He was always available for questions and made sure that I felt completely comfortable. I can fully recommend a stay with Sebastian - thanks to the host for the beautiful stay!

The accommodation impresses with an outstanding location - surrounded by parks and green spaces as well as the Bugasee, it is simply very beautiful. It is a bit rustic and overall looks a bit thrown together and creative - if you adjust to it, you will find a sufficient and beautiful accommodation for 10 people. The pool table, dartboard, and plenty of board games provide many opportunities for entertainment. The beds on the Colakisten are also perfect - even though I was a little worried at the beginning when booking, I slept really well on them and think it's a creative, cheap solution :) Thanks for the wonderful stay.
