The quiet location, secluded right on the edge of the forest, is perfect for recreation/dog walks/relaxation/hiking/mountain biking/barbecuing/campfire/alpacas/private spring water/private bees. Outdoor area for everyone.

Ski resorts and bike parks in Winterberg & Willingen, the Skywalk, swimming lakes, etc. are within easy reach. Countless culinary offers complete the stay. Perfect for families, couples & outdoor fans – enjoy nature, be active and live relaxed in a vacation paradise!

Vacation home surrounded by nature

Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy nature: The Luminarium is quietly situated on the edge of the forest in the Sauerland region and combines modern architecture with sweeping views over meadows and forests. The large glass façade, fireplace and terrace make the house a special retreat for up to six guests. There is plenty of space for children to play. Chickens, the tomcat Findus and our bee colonies live on the property. The Hennesee and numerous hiking trails are close by.

Apartment 1789 with garden in idyllic village

This cozy apartment is located in a small idyllic farming village in the Sauerland. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy the tranquility of country life here. The rooms in the old half-timbered house from 1789 are on two floors. On the first floor is the rustic kitchen-living room, a bedroom in the former parlor and a toilet. Upstairs is the living room, bathroom with shower and tub, as well as two more bedrooms. In front of the door is the garden with terrace.

Vacation home in the Edertal

Our cozy furnished apartment with views of the beautiful Edertal is located directly on the Ederauen bike path. Our farm is located on the edge of the small village of Berghausen in the Wittgensteiner Land. The nearby Rothaarsteig offers great hiking opportunities. In Winterberg, 20 km away, you will find sports and leisure activities in summer and winter. The apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A travel crib is available for toddlers.

Wellness chalet by the lake with sauna, fireplace & jacuzzi

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The little black one! A charming cottage on the Musenberg. A beautiful colorful cottage garden welcomes guests. The covered terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors. For grilling and cooking, use the outdoor oven. (Spring to fall) The bright house, which is converted into the roof, is decorated with a lot of love. Experience relaxing days surrounded by nature! Hiking and cross-country skiing right outside the door. Pets are welcome upon request. Maximum 1 dog.

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. When furnishing, we placed special emphasis on stylish and comfortable furnishings. For hikers, mountain bikers, but also for families with children, it becomes a small paradise. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.

Lake house in Sauerland, near Winterberg

Via a small side exit you can reach the footpath to the bathing bay on the shore of the lake in less than 1 minute. The cottage offers an absolutely quiet and private atmosphere. From here you can plan great bike tours or hikes or enjoy the absolute idyll and the glittering lake from the garden & balcony.
