It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Cozy apartment for 2 guests in Essen Süd

Bright, 33 sqm apartment, consisting of a combined living room/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Fully equipped and with lots of extras. For example, walk-in shower, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. In the living-sleeping area, there is a 200 × 140 bed for 2 people. The apartment is centrally located in Essen and is also very easy to reach by public transport. It is also located directly at the A52 highway entrance and is only 20 minutes from Düsseldorf Airport.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

The centrally located 110 sqm apartment offers an ideal location, just a 10-minute walk from Messe Essen and a 5-minute walk from the shopping street and the gastronomic district of Rüttenscheid. The Gruga is also within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and all rooms are spacious, which offers plenty of space and comfort. In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
