The holiday apartment is located in the beautiful south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location directly at the protected landscape area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the centre of the city and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in about 3 minutes. My cozy 54 square meter duplex apartment is located in the beautiful and quiet Burgaltendorf on the outskirts of Essen. In the immediate vicinity there are some shopping facilities and nice restaurants. In addition, the "green district" is flowed directly through the Ruhr, which is completely accessed through pedestrian paths and invites you to take walks. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away. Walk, the bus takes 20 minutes to get to the center of Essen. You will feel very comfortable in this environment.

Duplex apartment with sky ladder view In our two-family house, we rent a 68 sqm apartment with a fantastic view of the countryside. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on 2 levels. The large living room has a lounge set, a dining area with 4 seats and a spiral staircase with open access to the studio with air condition. There are 2 single beds. In our apartment equipped with much love you will feel comfortable 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, highway Düsseldorf 20min) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of 3,-€ per machine. There is a fully automatic coffee machine microwave in the kitchen. Spices , sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks available. When something is missing, I am always happy to help.
