Living in a furnished apartment of a single-family house in a very good residential location, on the southern city border to Essen, in the middle of the green and very close to the Ruhr. The flat has its own entrance. A small stream flows through the middle of the garden. A carport is available as a parking space. The city center of Essen, Düsseldorf Airport, Düsseldorf as well as Mülheim and Ratingen can be reached quickly by car. The journey to Essen city center takes around 15 minutes.

The apartment has its own entrance. From the hallway you can access the bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine. Or you can enter the open light-flooded living& sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped, in addition there are a few capsules for the coffee machine available.
