Back to the roots - life like in the 70s! This stylish studio in the center of Essen leaves nothing to be desired. Centrally located in the district of Holsterhausen, you can walk to both the main station, the trendy district of Rüttenscheid or the Essen exhibition center. The 45 m² apartment has a large, light-flooded living room with sofa-bed and separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed. The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the nature reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the center and the main train station is a few minutes' walk away. By car you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Messe Essen: approx. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: approx. 30 min Ddorf Airport: approx. 20 min; CentrO : approx. 25 min (each by car)

We rent our small guest room with private bathroom and a separate entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room has "only" about 13qm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
