The holiday apartment is located in the beautiful south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location directly at the protected landscape area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the centre of the city and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in about 3 minutes. Quiet, central room in the south of Essen with TV

Quiet room with separate entrance, bathroom, cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, TV and fridge. Guests can use washing machine and dryer. During the stay they are responsible for the cleaning themselves. The entrance through the garden is quite steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The room is located at the forest. Shopping is within walking distance. Central places are reachable by public transport in about 15 minutes. There is a small private terrace.
