Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Etruscan Coast

We stayed at Villa Fedora on Easter weekend and it was a wonderful experience. Mrs. Germana, her husband and their dog welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality: the apartment is very clean, small but comfortable, well heated and immersed in a beautiful flowering garden while being in an extremely central location in the village. Our dog was greeted with open arms by both humans and the sweet Penny, and she was able to roam everywhere without a leash, as if we were at home. We also particularly liked the tips on hiking trails and the terrace - solarium. Experience without a doubt to repeat!

Excellent accommodation, very kind managers, clean and "full-optional" apartment. The sea is within walking distance, and there is a private parking area with easy access.

Very well located just stones throw away from the bus stop and the main historical sights. There is a supermarket around the corner and a very good and affordable pizzeria next to it. The flat was big, clean and the internet connection worked perfectly. The instructions for the check in and cleaning were very clear. The kitchen was well equipped, I would just suggest that the host could provide some essentials for cooking e.g, oil, salt and pepper that short time guests would appreciate. The bathroom was clean and had some complementary shower gel and shampoo, we did not have any problem with the temperature of the shower, it worked very well. I definitely recommend staying in this flat.

Claudia is a great host, always very helpful and super nice. We felt very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need, the pool is great - very clean and with a wonderful view. The location is also great - in about 15 minutes you are in the Volterra and it only takes half an hour to get to San Gimignano. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the delicious oil and the beautiful vacation!

Nice apartment, centrally located with a short distance from the train station. Nice distance also to the pedestrian street and the harbor. Will gladly return

This was beyond my expectations. Looked better than the photos. Felt like at peace when I arrived at this place. The green surroundings were just too beautiful. Master bedroom has an amazing view of the olive trees outside. You also get a slight view of the sea. Worth visiting this place and way worth the money.

Can't say enough about how much our family of 5 adults loved this place. The place was very charming, plenty of comfortable furniture, the bedrooms were private and comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station, through the Duomo area which is beautiful. The area around the airbnb was full of restaurants, shops, fruit stands, cafes, anything you needed was close by. It was so nice to walk to David's cafe and have a coffee and pastry each morning! We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. They also have pasta making classes that you can see happening right outside the upstairs window.We enjoyed this place thoroughly! The downstairs has 2 large bedrooms with king beds. There is a little study/single bedroom off one of the larger bedrooms separated by glass doors. The room with twin beds is upstairs with the kitchen and bathroom. Hosts were great! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed for a week and we had a great time. The area is quiet, great for resting, and it is close to the beach. Clean accommodation and with everything you could need. The girls were all always very helpful and welcoming. I recommend it to those who want to enjoy days to recover, without the chaos of tourism.

The apartment was so beautiful, a journey back in time. Location is great, a short walk from all we wanted to see in Florence. check-in / check-out was flexible and easy. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with all things we needed for a great stay.

Fully satisfied and even more! Jacopo welcomed us with warmth, discretion and professionalism, even offering us a better apartment than the one booked, with traditional charm but equipped with all modern comforts, including a brand new bathroom and powerful Wi-Fi. We took advantage of the outdoor space for a quiet outdoor summer dinner and small pool for a refreshing dip. We felt really pampered! The location is excellent, among the wonderful Sienese hills, quiet but close to many places of tourist interest. There are plenty of shops and eateries just 5 minutes from the apartment. The picture is completed by the excellent cleanliness and a splendid atmosphere, relaxing but well-kept, which made us feel perfectly at ease. It's a truly wonderful discovery. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, we would have liked to stay longer. We'll be back!

Great stay in casa Verniano!! I thank the hosts for their kindness and professionalism. We didn't want to leave as well as the children. The Brucco apartment was very nice and large. The cottage is beautiful with its swimming pool, dining area and the small farmhouse is a treat. The location to visit the tocane is perfect, not too far from all the cities to visit. The products and wine are very good. We hope to be able to return to relax at the casa Verniano again! Thank you very much, the Favre-Taylaz family.
