The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.
