Here you have immediate proximity to the wilderness, swimming, fishing and cross-country skiing. A large outdoor sauna soon to arrive on the property. Sightseeing and restaurants in Oslo are nearby. The cottage is modern and fully equipped with top facilities. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Opplev en spektakulær utsikt fra Fuglekassen, som ligger på toppen av Ørnhaugen på Langøy. Herfra kan dere nyte en fantastisk utsikt helt til Nordsjøen, med solnedgang i horisonten over Algrøy. Når det blåser på havet kan du se hvit sjøsprøyt oppover holmer og skjær helt vest til Løno. Kommer dere med kajakk eller båt kan dere gå til fuglekassen fra fjæra. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
