Charming studio, located in the iconic Plaza San Francisco, opposite the Seville town hall, in the vibrant heart of the city, offering a unique and comfortable experience for visitors. Upon entering, you will be greeted by an elegant hallway with a vanity on the left, leading to a full bathroom. Next, it opens to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for its use. This area integrates with the main living room, designed for rest and entertainment with a double bed and a sofa bed with a Smart TV. The two balconies stand out, offering spectacular views of the Plaza San Francisco and the city’s town hall. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, access to the room is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the room is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).
