A large living-dining area with open kitchen is complemented by two bedrooms (each with a double bed). A terrace with a view and a modern bathroom complete the apartment. You won't want for anything.

The place offers dirt roads and forest sections for relaxing walks, jogging or even bike tours. Since the property is located in the countryside, arriving by car is an advantage.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.
