Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Exeter

Nathan’s house was an absolute have of peace and quiet. Sadly my visit was in response to a family medical emergency rather than a vacation and I really needed somewhere which felt like a home from home. Nathan could not have been more friendly and accommodating and the house was just perfect. Highly recommended, thank you so much.

Nichola's house is just so lovely! All rooms and furniture are carefully selected and made us immediately feel welcomed and home. Perfect mattresses and comfy linens. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything clean and tidy. Nichola is a great host - we highly recommend her place and will book again when in Exeter the next time.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Luke’s beautiful home. His heart and soul has gone into the renovation. We felt so at home as soon as we went through the door. The house flows really well and is so easy to be in. The garden was our favourite though! Completely secluded, on an elevated site with fantastic views, especially for the sunsets. We had a spot for morning coffee, and a spot for a tipple at sunset. Can’t wait to come back. Kids didn’t want to leave. Thank you for having us !

Markus was a great host. He was very helpful in providing instructions before we arrived, and gave local recommendations, which were very helpful. He was also flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We had a really good stay.

Well located, close to Royal Devon university hospital which was my requirement. House is very good, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen with all amenities. Both host Chris and Mike are well communicable, helpful and generous. Highly recommendable.. Best wishes Satya Nayak

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! My partner and I brought our newborn on his first holiday here to Torbay. We were somewhat anxious about it, but Susan went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and provide everything we needed. The property is stunning, everything is to the best quality, it’s better than most 5 star hotels. We will definitely be back, and would definitely recommend.

A fabulous apartment in a fantastic location. The place was stylish, very comfortable and oozed quality. Jose was a very responsive, friendly host. The guests I brought had a perfect first stay in Topsham and are already planning their next visit.

Lacey was responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions to access the property. Air BnB was cozy, utilised space well and still room to move around. Very welcoming, was super comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Great little stay wanted something easy to get into the city and to the party location so was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice the place was stylish stunning and so cozy. Lovely little touch of music playing and pastries on arrival. Fantastic place way better than a hotel and cheaper.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

Stunning apartment set in beautiful grounds with easy parking directly outside the door. Every room is beautifully furnished and the kitchen superb. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen/diner and the garden room so much we didn't actually use the living room on our stay! The walk into Torquay would be very strenuous, (especially the uphill return!) so would advise driving instead. Communication with Josh was excellent.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We had to book very last second. Nicole was very helpful, answered super quickly and had this beautiful Airbnb ready for us. We were greeted be personalized signs and an Airbnb with a great atmosphere. You can see the love in every detail. Everything is clean and cozy and besides the usual things they provided detailed recommendations for the area, a free yoga class Nicole gives and a lot of small things like coffee, cereal and jam. We definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Great little place near central Exeter. Easy to walk to anywhere you’d want to go and the space was very clean.

We stayed here to break the journey to Cornwall. David was so quick at responding to us and was great at recommending places to eat after our long drive. The Hse itself was just like the pictures, spotlessly clean and we loved the little touches they have added to make you feel at home. It was perfect for what we needed.
