We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this gîte on the magnificent Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac wood... You'll be immersed in lush green countryside full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater swimming pool will enhance your stay between mid-May and early October (weather permitting!). Barbecue, table tennis, boules and bicycles are also available.
