Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)

We rent a small apartment on the second floor, which is fully furnished. It is a 3-family house where we live with our two dogs and a cat. Our pets are friendly to all people. The location is quiet and it is about 3 km to the city center. Very close (450 m) is a shopping mall (Netto, general practitioner, pharmacy, post office, bakery and hairdresser ...) Bus connection to the city: lines 5/15. We do not leave pets alone.

We offer you a cozy studio apartment in a house built in 1900. The apartment has an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette. ATTENTION!! THE STAIRS TO THE APARTMENT IS VERY STEEP!!! Since the apartment is located under the roof, it can be very warm in the room in the summer. For some cooling in this case, we provide a fan provided. Our house is located in the district Ehrenbreitstein, NOT in the city center of Koblenz!
