Cozy, quiet, comfortable apartment in the center of the large district town of Oschatz. 400 meters to St. Aegidien Church with tower apartment, to the town hall and to the Waagenmuseum. It is just as far to the south station of our little train "Wilder Robert" and to the O-Schatz-Park with animal park and rose lake. Attractions in the vicinity: Hubertusburg Castle, Horstsee and Gänsemarkt in Wermsdorf, geoportal at the Mügeln narrow-gauge railway station, Dahlen Castle, Wermsdorfer Forst, Dahlener Heide, Hartenfels Castle Torgau.

Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Guest house in an idyllic village

Guest room in the idyllic village invites you to linger cozily, enjoy nothing to do and simply relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach with the RE. It is also an attractive tour by bike (XXX/KR), e.g. via the Elbe Cycle Route. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Black Elster; in short: pure nature.

Guest suite on the edge of the forest, time out

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Just 100 meters from the lake, our small Swedish house, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed, is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the chestnut avenue. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with family or friends. Lake Kiebitz has great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
