Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Also close to the appreciated forest. The cottage is located on a small hill with a lovely sun deck outside and is equipped as follows: a room with fully equipped small kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and bunk bed and TV, internet connection, small storage space for clothes, bags, etc., shower and toilet.

Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.
