My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. In diesem gemütlichen Nest wirst du eine wunderbare (Aus-, Lebendig-, Glücks-, Relax-, Aktiv-..) Zeit verbringen. Auf frisch renovierten 78m2 im 1.OG, findest du ein Bad (Wanne & sep.Dusche), eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche mit kleinem Eßplatz, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine kleine Bibliothek und ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringdoppelbett. Platz ist für 3 Personen. Es gibt einen Gäste-Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Herzlich Willkommen !
