The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Take a walk on the Højderygsstien through Geopark Odsherred, which goes right past the cozy garden. Roast your marshmallows or snobrød and sausages by the campfire. Out towards the sea, there is a 65 m2 terrace, where you can enjoy the view and the fantastic sunsets over the Sejerø Bay.
