The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Delightful modern summer house

Well-equipped cottage with facilities for the whole family. Unique location at the end of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to a child-friendly beach and cozy city life in Ordrup. The large terrace ensures sun all day with several cozy places to stay. The enclosed garden contains a trampoline, swing and a playhouse in the treetops as well as plenty of lawn for ball games. We have children aged 7-18 years ourselves, so there are plenty of games and activities for both indoors and outdoors.
