We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Large apartment. Downtown. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with lovely garden that must be experienced! Here you can relax inside or outside, and maybe grab a BBQ meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna runs right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have a salmon dish here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is 2 minutes drive from our house. 5 min by car to Knee Raceway.

Gårdsrommet er virkelig en perle - med svært god plass til alle. Her finner du både pizzaovn, gassgrill, utepeis og flere komfortable sittegrupper. Beliggenheten er ideell, med kort avstand til mange flotte strender og andre kjekke fritidstilbud på sørlandet. Velkommen til et uforglemmelig opphold på Villa Vene!

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Large terrace/dock with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and wood-fired hot tub! (IMPORTANT! The hot tub DOES NOT have bubbles or massage, only delicious hot water). Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen and living room with TV. Loft/loft with 2 single beds, 1.80 ceiling height. Free SUP board and small kayak.

Koie/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Fantastic fjord and mountains views

A good place to just relax completely and enjoy the view of the beautiful fjord. Large windows facing the view make the feeling of sitting outside when you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the good chair. A short walk (200m) down to the harbor with a private boat berth and its own boathouse for storing equipment and freezing fish.
