Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fauquier County

Easy pretty drive into warrenton; great meals. Clean and looked like pictures.

The Airbnb advertisement for the house does not adequately convey how nice this place actually is! Most of the items in the house: furniture, appliances, cookware, grill, bedding, towels, etc. are of high quality and excellent condition. The interior of the house is open, spacious and beautiful. It has high ceilings in most rooms, and a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, and foyer. Barbara and Mike gave our girls a tour of the sheep farm and let them meet their dog. They were also responsive quick to take action whenever we had issues (like tripping a circuit breaker and running out of propane). For an additional charge of $75, they warmed up the pool for me twice because I am not a fan of water temps in the low 80s. The location is beautiful and secluded, but you can get to Shenandoah hiking trails in 20-30 minutes or Walmart/Safeway in 15 minutes. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at Peacefield again.

This cottage is beautifully designed and impossibly cozy! We felt relaxed and at home the moment we walked in. The spacious yard was perfect for our dogs, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. With great restaurants and plenty to do all around, it was the perfect spot for our family get-together. We hope to be back!

Our 2nd stay, as good as first. Description and pictures very accurate. Great central location for our family to get together. Kitchen has everything we need for preparing meals and dining room that sat everybody. Winery across street a must visit. Many more wineries within a 20 minute drive. The golfers in family even got in some golf. After dinner family board/card games and catching up, house is well suited for that. Plenty of games puzzles at house. Nice back deck with what appeared to be new gas grill. Would stay again and recommend.

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

I truly cannot say enough amazing words about Jeannie and her cottage. It was the absolute PERFECT home base for my husband and I during our wedding weekend at the Manor 1858. It was only 13 min away from the venue and less than 5 from Middleburg. You truly can’t beat that location. It was so peaceful and charming and we are already talking about coming back in the years to come. Thank you Jeannie!!!

I was looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view to get away and have a kind of retreat. Alan's place was just the ticket. Got in some hikes and some quiet sitting. Grilling for dinner and watching the sky out over the valley was a real treat.

Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again! Secluded and quiet. Be aware that the very last bit of the road is gravel, so watch out with very low clearance sports cars.

This is a nice private place to stay. It is a finished “in-law suite”above the garage that is separate from the house, which gives a nice private feel! The host was very responsive anytime we reached out. Would recommend.

The space was very nice! My friends and I were in town for a wedding and found the location to be convenient and clean. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking in the Middleburg/Delaplane area.

This is a great place. Nice and clean. I do want to advise that the walk down to the door is walking through grass and down a hill. It didn't bother me at all but just something to be aware of. Also as other reviews state make sure to follow the extra rules. Another thing to be aware of is the place is kept nice and cool. You might need a sweatshirt if you get cold easily. Again I was glad it was nice and cool. we really enjoyed the theater room and the pool table. Oh and the pacman arcade :) Thanks for the stay.

The Herb Cottage is beautifully situated on the Hidden Creek Farm. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the animals move through the fields. I reserved the cabin because it was conveniently located near a dinner we were attending, abut we will return for the peaceful beauty of the farm. We slept soundly in the comfortable bed and woke to the sound of birds softly singing. If it rains while you are there, do not miss the opportunity to rock in the porch chairs and relax to the tune of raindrops drops on the metal roof.

This is a lovely property surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed using the spacious hot tub & we visited a local farmers market only minutes away. Then had a really great time using the grill. Would recommend

We loved this cozy cabin!! from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless and stylishly decorated. it was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was perfect for our family of four... spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The location was ideal, tucked away in a peaceful area but still close to everything we wanted to explore. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and waking up to the serene surroundings each morning. every detail, from the fresh crisp linens to the plentiful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were fantastic! Matt was communicative, kind and clearly takes great pride and maintaining this property. We have stayed in many rentals and this one ranks as one of our favorites. If you're looking for the perfect blend of comfort, charm and convenience, this is the place. we're already talking about coming back!

The cabin was beautiful and charming. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the hot tub much because of the rain!

Overall a perfect stay! The house was conveniently located near the Upperville horse show which made it the best choice for visiting that week. The house was spacious and very clean! The road leading up to the driveway was a bit steep but thankfully we had no issues getting there and it made the views from the house well worth it.

I loved this cottage. Perfect for 1 or 2 people and not far from town. Amazing sunsets over the Blue Ridge and there is a beautiful, peaceful meadow behind the house. The bathroom is old fashioned with a claw foot tub-perfect for a long soak. If you have to work, there is a big table set up for that. Thank you! I have already booked again.
