Beachfront holiday rental in Fažana

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is neat and equipped with every comfort. If we are needed anything (which has not been necessary), we could always contact the host. A super quiet and beautiful area close to cozy villages and beautiful beaches.

The apartment on the first floor was beautiful and very spacious – exactly as described. Particularly practical was the parking space right on the property, right outside the door, which made loading and unloading super convenient. The beach is within minutes walking distance, and the area is wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so we could cook without any problems. Everything was clean and well maintained, we felt completely comfortable. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

Very nice host, always reachable, always good tips at hand about beach and restaurant options nearby, very clean apartment, modern furniture, perfect location to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Bikes, SUP, and kayaks for those who want to do more sportive vacations. Highly recommendable, we will come again.

We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment really offers everything you need. We enjoyed our time there. The fenced terrace for our dog and the nearby Vizula for walking was particularly pleasant. Overall, the place is highly recommended.

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

We had a great time in Mauro's two-story house with its own pool – perfect for children and dogs, as it is completely fenced. The location is great: In 5 minutes you are at the sea, neighboring towns with shopping facilities can be reached in about 15 minutes. Mauro is a great host – quickly accessible, helpful and always there when you have questions. Extra highlight: A wild boar family occasionally drops by (don't worry - just to look, the fence keeps them at a distance😉). A little tip: a little glass cleaner or grease remover in the kitchen would be handy. But that's really complaining at a high level – we enjoyed our stay very much and absolutely recommend Mauro and his house!

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. we had a wonderful stay in Pula. The accommodation is absolutely recommended! Barbara is a great host - the best we've ever had! She is proactive, always friendly, great recommendations and super cute gifts. We felt incredibly comfortable and would recommend this accommodation to everyone because you won't regret it. With our rental car we were at all the hotspots in just a few minutes. The nearest beach was a 15-minute walk away. We are more than happy and satisfied with the price-performance offer. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed! 🌟 10/10 !!!!

Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Anna is a person of heart, as you rarely find. With every small problem, she was immediately at our side! She is always cheerful, friendly and very helpful! Your little dog Luna is also great, my children have always been happy about her and liked to pet her! Our stay with Anna was great, we enjoyed every day and my daughter says: She definitely wants to come back! Thank you for everything and stay as great as you are, dear Anna ❤️💚❤️💚

Rosi’s apartment was an absolute dream! We arrived later in the evening and Rosi made sure to check in with us and even left a local Croatian alcohol for us in the fridge to cap off our first night in Rovinj! The apartment was impeccably decorated and we immediately felt at home in the cozy bed and chairs in the living room overlooking the sea. It was the perfect base to explore all the Rovinj had to offer in terms of amazing restaurants, bars, and we took advantage of swimming in the cove and enjoying sunset on the rocks. We had the most relaxing and fun vacation exploring Rovinj’s streets and loved listening to the live musicians in the square at night while eating gelato! We already can’t wait to come back!!

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Snjezana is a great host, great communication. The place is superbly furnished and spacious. The surroundings of the house are nicely landscaped, large outdoor seating and plenty of parking space. The house is located in a quiet location, you will enjoy the privacy. We were with friends and three young children, and the place was just perfect for us. A pebble beach suitable for children is about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed barbecuing on the terrace in the evening, and the kids were quiet in the rooms a few meters away. There is an entrance to the terrace directly from two of the three rooms. If we go in that number again, we will definitely choose to stay at Snjezana's place again 😊

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Rovinj is a beautiful town on the Istrian peninsula and there is no better location to enjoy all of her charms than at Alens listing . The location is unrivalled, everything you need is literally a stones throw away. Alen puts his heart and soul into this listing, it is so much more than a holiday rental. He welcomes you with his very own wine (delicious!) and goes above and beyond in making sure you have a most memorable stay. We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful apartment! It’s spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need – the host has truly thought of everything. The location was ideal for exploring Pula's rich history and culture, with landmarks like the Pula Arena just a short distance away. Being close to the sea and beaches was also a huge bonus – we enjoyed many relaxing days by the crystal-clear waters. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made our experience even more special. If we ever return to Pula, we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
