The newly built Baskarad House is located in the village of Valbandon, near Pula, in the heart of Istria . The house surrounds a 5000 m² large and fenced property and is ideal for families with children , groups or animal lovers. The shopping, banks, post office, restaurants, swimming beach etc. can be found in the nearby and very popular fishing village, Fažana, (about 5 minutes by car). You can reach the nearest supermarket in 15 minutes on foot and the sea in 25 minutes on foot.

The property of Villa Viviana is placed near the seaside on the western Istrian coast. It is very close to the Brijuni Islands, the amazing Istrian national park. The design of Villa Viviana is contemporary, therefore it presents an architectural shift compared to the traditional Istrian building styles. Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi
