Although close to the center and beaches, the house is completely surrounded by olive trees, greenery and untouched nature. The 52-square-meter house is located in a 600-square-meter fenced building. If you want to experience complete privacy, rest and peace with birds singing during the day, and the magic of a fishing village at night, this is the place for you.

Spend a unique vacation with your family or friends in a newly built modern villa with a pool on just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches. Freshen up in the gorgeous private pool or simply lounge in the shade sipping your favorite beverage . If you have bikes, this is an ideal starting position to explore with plenty of bike paths, and a particularly interesting coastal promenade that leads to Fažana and Peroi. We want you to have a great stay and are always close by if anything is needed.

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you. It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120m2 accessible living space with private pool of over 53m2 size. At your disposal are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double bed and one with bathroom and one with two single beds. In total, there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub, and shower with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Laguna Blue

Laguna Blue is located in a peaceful location, just 800 meters from the sea. A house surrounded by pine trees and paths that you can enjoy a walk and bike ride. With your family, kids can play with and enjoy a spacious environment, as well as a swimming pool while parents have their own light coffee on the shaded deck. If you want to explore something more vibrant, you can walk down to the center, where a lot of beach bars , restaurants and events are waiting for you.

Lovely villa situated in the ancient town of Galižana close to Pula with olive garden, sea view and private pool. Villa Istria is suitable for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
